Our office is centrally located in Vancouver at Granville and Broadway on major bus routes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are hiring for a Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have a passion for wellness, be service oriented with good communication skills (written and verbal), enjoy working with others, be reliable, have strong computer skills and occasionally work outside of regular office hours.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Answer inbound consumer and retailer calls, providing product education, closing sales and/or making referrals to retailers, and completing follow up calls
Tracking all call information and completing quantitative and qualitative data collection
Product demonstration and answering customer questions at tradeshows and events
Support social media, tracking influencers, recommending follows, monitoring SierraSil Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
Prepare communications to promote SierraSil activities
Demo SierraSil products at trainings or other retail opportunities
Reports directly to Senior Manager Sales & Product Development
MUST have good communication skills and possess strong command of English, both written and verbal. Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not a requirement.
MUST have a positive attitude along with patience when interacting with our customers and with people in general
MUST be comfortable working in a small office environment
Education – Bachelor’s degree is preferred. However other education combined with work experience will be considered.
Possess strong interest in health and wellness
This is a full time position that will start as soon as we find the right candidate. Hours will generally be from 8am to 4:30pm with occasional weekend or evening work for trade shows and other events.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications. SierraSil is a Certified Living Wage Employer.
